By requesting a commission from me, you agree to all the service terms below.GENERAL
✦ I am disabled and have a full-time day job, so please be patient with me. I will always communicate if I expect to go over our agreed upon deadline or if something prevents me from working on your commission.
✦ I retain the right to decline any commission for any reason without explanation.
✦ Please make sure you read the details in full and have filled out the request form to the best of your ability.PAYMENTS
✦ All payments are made through V-Gen.
✦ Payment will be made in full before the start of any progress on your request.REFUNDS
✦ NO REFUNDS unless agreed upon or I cannot complete your request for any reason.REVISIONS
✦ I only provide free revisions regarding two things: skin tone & hair texture. If you feel that I have not accurately portrayed either of those things with your desired character, please reach out to me and I will provide 1 to 2 revisions as necessary free of charge.
✦ Outside of that, all revisions incur an additional $5 fee each.
✦ Revisions will not be permitted for "Skeb/Surprise Me" style commissions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ This will vary from commission type to commission type. Please see the specific type you'd like to request for more specific information. General turn around time is normally no longer than 2 months.USE
✦ You MUST credit me wherever you post/use the art I draw for you. Do not claim as your own work under any circumstances.
✦You do NOT have permission to use my work in AI generators or as NFTs in ANY form.
✦ You MUST disclose if your request will be used for commercial purposes (such as video content/streaming/merchandise), as this does incur additional fees in some cases. Some commission types already include this fee by nature. You may post my work on your socials (with credit) without paying for commercial rights.
